Bethann CreggHenry Morris
Senior Vice President, IDC Worldwide Software and Services research groups

Henry Morris is the Senior Vice President for IDC's Worldwide Software and Services research groups. Dr. Morris started the Analytics and Data Warehousing research service at IDC, and coined the term "analytic applications" in 1997. In addition, Dr. Morris led a major study on the financial impact of business analytics, which examined the ROI of analytics projects at 43 sites in North America and Europe. Currently, Dr. Morris is exploring the relationship between business intelligence and business process automation - "intelligent process automation" and the requirements for unified access to structured and unstructured data.

He also has been quoted in and written papers for trade publications, such as DM Review, Computerworld, KMworld, and Software Magazine on trends in business intelligence, business performance management, data warehousing, knowledge management, and enterprise applications.

Prior to joining IDC in 1995, Dr. Morris served in a variety of technical and management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation, where he specialized in software for application development. Dr. Morris has been an instructor in technical writing at Northeastern University and Bentley College, and an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Colgate University. He earned a B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan and his Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania.

 

Bethann CreggBethann Cregg
Director, Product Management, Lotus Software

Bethann Cregg currently serves as director of Small Medium Sized Businesses (SMB) for IBM's Lotus Software Group. With over 15 years of experience in the area of technology and collaboration, Cregg has helped to drive the Lotus strategy around contextual collaboration -- the embedding of collaboration functionality such as instant messaging and e-meetings into business applications such as CRM systems and company intranets.

Prior to her current role, Cregg was responsible for marketing strategy and program execution for Lotus Sametime (now Lotus Instant Messaging and Web Conferencing), a family of products for network-based, real-time communication and collaboration and Lotus QuickPlace (now Lotus Team Collaboration), the self-service Web tool for instant collaboration. Earlier in her IBM career, Cregg held senior manager within the Lotus Enterprise Support Services organization where she managed a team of 20 Support Account Managers responsible for Lotus' major corporate accounts.



Chuck Ganapathi Chuck Ganapathi
Vice-President, Product Marketing, salesforce.com
 
Chuck Ganapathi is the vice president of product marketing at salesforce.com,  the market and technology leader in Software-as-a-Service and Platform-as-a-Service. Chuck is one of the company's leading evangelists for Force.com (http://www.force.com), which has reinvented the traditional development, deployment and distribution of any business application with platform-as-a-service.  
 
Prior to salesforce.com, Chuck was General Manager and Senior Director of Product Management at Siebel Systems.  Chuck is a well regarded expert in CRM and on-demand technology and has spoken at several industry events.  He received a bachelor’s degree from PSG Tech (India) and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.



Len CoutureLen Couture
Managing Director, Bluewolf
 
Len Couture is a managing director for Bluewolf, and a pre-eminent CIO thought leader in the On-Demand world.  Mr. Couture served as CIO at Enterasys Networks, Inc., responsible for IT throughout the company's global operations, numbering more than 1,300 employees. At Enterasys, Couture was an early adopter of on-demand applications, where he helped roll them out to more than 700 users.
 
Prior to that, he was CIO of the U.S. Department of Veteran's Affairs. Mr. Couture is regarded as an industry thought leader for On-Demand and SAAS, having driven several enterprise SAAS deployments over the past decade. Mr. Couture sits on the board of advisors for Veracode , the industry's first provider of automated, on-demand application security solutions as well as several capital investment firms. He is a past winner of the Information Week 500 for business and technology leadership.


 
Daniel DrukerDaniel Druker
Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development, Intacct Corporation
 
Dan joined Intacct in 2007, bringing more than 20 years of executive, strategy and operational excellence. Before Intacct, Dan served as executive vice president of global marketing for Postini, transforming sales, marketing and channels for this $90 million Software as a Service communications security leader and leading to a $625 million acquisition by Google.
 
Prior to Postini, Dan led marketing for the highest growth, highest value segment of the $4 billion information management division of IBM and drove more than $1.5 billion in acquisitions. Dan came to IBM through the acquisition of Trigo Technologies, where he served as vice president of marketing and helped to quadruple Trigo's market capitalization. Dan also founded the CRM division of Hyperion Solutions, and served as vice president, general manager and executive committee member of Hyperion. His career also includes positions in sales, alliances, technology, and marketing at Arbor Software, Oracle, and Intel.
